Ring Resizing Policy
At Helios, each piece is handcrafted to fit! Not just your hand, but your journey.
That's why we strongly recommend using our Size Guide to ensure a perfect fit from the start.
While resizing may be possible for some designs, please note:

Not all rings can be resized due to their handcrafted structure

If resizing is possible, it may only allow for a one-size up or down adjustment

Resizing requires international shipping both ways and may take up to 4 weeks

Each ring can only be resized once
Because of these limitations, we do not encourage resizing unless absolutely necessary.
Instead, we offer the following support: 50% off a replacement ring of the same design if resizing is not possible for your original piece.
