SIZE GUIDE

HOW TO SIZE IT RIGHT


  1. Cut a thin strip of paper, about 100–120mm (or 4–4.7 inches) long.
  2. Wrap the strip of paper tightly around your desired finger.
  3. Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the paper overlaps itself.
  4. Lay the strip of paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the strip to the marking you made, in millimetres. This will give you a measurement of the circumference of your finger.
  5. Using the below chart, convert your measurement into a standard US ring size.
  6. If you are in between two sizes, it is always best to round up rather than down.

BRACELET SIZING

All bracelet sizing on our website is listed as a measurement in inches (i.e. Size 8 is 8” long with an inner circumference of 8”). Watch the below video and follow the steps to determine your size.

  1. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist.
  2. Ensure that you have left enough slack that the bracelet can move freely around your wrist.
  3. Pinch the spot where the bracelet overlaps itself between two fingers, and remove the string from your wrist.
  4. Continue to pinch the string in this spot, and lay it on a flat surface. With your other hand, mark this spot on the string using a pen.
  5. In inches, measure from the end of the string to the marking you have made.
  6. Your size is the measurement in inches (i.e. a measurement of 7.5” means you should order a Size 7.5). If you are in between two sizes, it is always best to round up rather than down.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all products are custom-made and not resellable, We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

Please note: 

For products with special production or updates, we will contact you via email with an updated delivery estimate.

International orders may incur import duties or additional taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If the product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Final sale items (including sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry) are not eligible for return or exchange. Helios only accepts returns if the product has a manufacturer’s defect.

To be eligible for a return, you will first need to email support@heliosglobalbrand.com to receive a return authorization number and we will get back to you within 24 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please allow 1 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

All returned items are subject to a $12.50 re-stocking fee per shipment direction, totaling $25 for round-trip processing. This fee covers handling, inspection, and re-packaging to ensure quality for every customer.

Refunds

Helios will refund when the product is completely defective from Helios, not as described. For example: the product is gold when receiving a silver product, the product is not the right material as committed... Helios refuses to refund when the customer uses it incorrectly according to Helios' instructions.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product exchange:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, only applicable to intact products (no distortion/dents/scratches... physical defects).
If you need to exchange for a similar item, please email us at support@heliosglobalbrand.com
The value of the exchanged product is calculated based on the current selling price.

- For cases where we have sent an email to reconfirm the size of products such as rings, bracelets, necklaces with videos and pictures to guide customers on how to measure and check the size, we will refuse to return the product for FREE and will CHARGE based on the actual situation, at least $12.5 shipping costs to return the goods to the warehouse

Note: for products with sizes, we will send an email with attached pictures of size measurement instructions, please check your email and reconfirm your size.
According to our policy, we will accept returns within 30 days and CHARGE IF IT IS NOT A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

DESIGN & CRAFTSMANSHIP

The jacket’s form was exclusively developed, making it a truly unique creation. It features a complex patching layer leather technique on the back, requiring exceptional precision and craftsmanship with each jacket taking 36 hours to complete. The material used is full-grain Nappa cow leather, embossed with the Sunflower motif, and nearly 3 taels of S925 sterling silver are crafted into signature details such as the logo buttons and the Chrysaber zipper pull.
In addition, the jacket adopts the signature boxy form of the T-project, providing ventilation and preventing heat retention. This allows the wearer to layer comfortably while maintaining the structured silhouette. The perfectly balanced cropped length enhances body proportions, creates a taller visual effect, and adapts easily to various styles.
Nappa cow leather is a premium type of leather belonging to the Full Grain Leather category, selected from the top layer of the hide - the part with the finest texture, highest elasticity, and greatest durability. Unlike ordinary leather, Nappa leather retains its natural surface, undergoing only light treatment to remove impurities. This allows it to preserve the original grain, softness, and distinctive scent of the leather. Over time, Nappa leather develops a natural patina - a subtle sheen and unique depth of color that bring out the elegance and individuality of each piece.

WARRANTY POLICY

Leather: 5-year warranty covering peeling, cracking, or stitching issues. One-for-one replacement for manufacturing defects.
Hardware: 3-year warranty for free replacement of hardware components (zippers, buttons, clasps). Silver Accessories: One-for-one replacement for defective silver parts within 1 week of receiving the product (excluding in-store purchases), 3-month free repair warranty for technical issues such as gemstone setting, lifetime free polishing service for all silver components.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Leather:
+ Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of Nappa leather. For stubborn stains, use a mild cleaner specifically designed for Nappa leather to avoid damage.
+ Avoid Water Exposure: Nappa leather is not water-resistant. If exposed to water, wipe dry immediately with a soft cloth and let it air dry naturally.
+ Protection from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading or damage. Store Nappa leather products in shaded areas, avoiding direct sunlight.
+ Leather Conditioning: Periodically apply a high-quality balm or cream made specifically for Nappa leather to nourish and protect the surface.
+ Proper Storage: When not in use, store the leather item in a fabric dust bag or protective cover to prevent scratches and dust. Avoid placing heavy objects on top.
+ Maintain Shape: For structured items such as jackets, bags, or shoes, use inserts or forms to preserve shape and prevent deformation.
+ Avoid Chemicals: Keep the leather away from harsh chemicals, alcohol-based liquids, or greasy substances.

Silver:
Store the silver parts in a dry, cool place, away from chemicals and direct heat. Clean them with a silver polishing stick or a soft silver cloth to prevent scratches and maintain shine.Because silver naturally oxidizes during use, it shou ld be cleaned regularly to keep it bright. After cleaning, ensure the silver is thoroughly dried to prevent tarnish or mold — especially in humid climates such as Northern Vietnam during the wet season.
