Each Helios Global piece is handcrafted to order. Production time is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the product. Payment is collected when the order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Need it by a specific date or gifting?
We can add a handwritten note or engrave a custom name, date, or number. Email support@heliosglobalbrand.com for the best assistance.
Shipping schedule
We ship Monday to Saturday. No shipping on Sunday or public holidays.
Order changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel, email support@heliosglobalbrand.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot change or cancel once an order has shipped.
